Our conversion of the Liebherr R920 culminates in the ultimate heavy lifting machine. Available for both UK (standard gauge) and Irish rail (broad gauge) or both UK and Irish gauge with our dual gauge axle option. Liebherr's superb build quality means longer lifespan of components and an automatic centralised lubrication system means reliability has been built into the machine reducing maintenance and improving efficiency. Panoramic visibility and a built in camera system along with an RCI system prevents the machine from exceeding its limits and results in a safer working environment for both the operator and surrounding workers.

Hydrostatic Drive
Our unique hydrostatic drive solution uses a centrally mounted gearbox, providing superior traction and braking. This design also reduces flange wear and improves handling in curves. The stub axle system keeps the wheel loads independent of the drive loads, maximising lifespan and providing a much more reliable solution than traditional wheel motors.
