Fitted with an RCI system, we have adapted and certified this purpose built rail road machine by Liebherr for UK rail use. We offer a range of customisations to make any A924 bespoke to your operational requirements. The 4-cylinder construction Stage V engine coupled with an innovative exhaust system results in the Liebherr A924 outputting next to zero diesel particles and nitrogen oxide which make it one of the most economical machines on the market.

RCI System
Our lifting road rail vehicles are fitted with GKD Rail safety systems. Now with the option of integrated proximity warning sensors, the fitted RCI system now not only manages the lifting capabilities of the machine, ensuring the operator and machine can work safely. But ensures that any operational procedures are conducted in a safe working area keeping the machine and surrounding personnel out of harms way.
Cab Interior
With all round visability and ergonomical design allowing for the joysticks and gear levers to be within easy reach of the operator makes the Liebherr cab interior a comfortable enviromnent to be in. In addtion, an integrated automatic air con system and touchscreen display for controlling machine settings inproves the users comfort and effiency.
Friction Drive
The A 924 Litronic is a dual purpose machine that can be used on the road or on railway tracks. The rail-going gear is mounted on both sides of the undercarriage. When the machine is put on rail tracks, the rail guide is lowered one axle at a time until the lnternal wheels of the twin tyres make contact with the rail wheel provide the friction connection for the travel drive.
